INFUSED WATER

The summer season brings its gentleness and warm weather. The fruit in the market and the first vegetables from the garden will be added to natural, thirst-quenching drinks with numerous benefits.

Refreshing infused water can be made in a variety of flavours to suit your desires, and enjoyed at any time of the day. Rich in vitamins and minerals, they are healthy.

OUR RECIPES

For all these recipes, you will need 2 L of spring water in which to steep your finely sliced ingredients, to be left to brew overnight.

Spring lemon detox

You will need:
– 250 g strawberries
– 2 organic lemons
– 2 sprigs of basil

Soft as a rose

You will need :
– 150 g raspberries
– ½ vanilla pod
– 4 untreated roses
– lemon zest

Fruity moment

– 2 organic oranges
– 125 g raspberries
– the seeds of a pomegranate
– 50 g redcurrants

Hydration

– ½ cucumber
– 1 bunch of mint
– 2 organic lemons
– 1 organic lime

Take out your jugs and bottles, your homemade gourmet infused water is just waiting to be savoured.
